Sansu came into existence in 1983, and initially concentrated mainly on Radio and TV Advertising. Our Chairman Mr. Gunatunga K. Liyanage, a veteran broadcaster is also the founder of the organization. He greatly facilitated the glorious beginning of Sansu with his unparalleled experience and expertise in the electronic media. In a time when producing a TV commercial was considered a challenge, we had the know how and the experience to treat it as yet another media. Some of our most memorable TV commercials produced at the time were Swarna Mahal, DI Shoes,Vogue Jewellers, The Finance, Lalitha Jewellers, Golden Key Credit Card, Notational Water Board, E.H. Cooray Furniture, Lanka Nippon, Manapperuma Traders, Telesonic, Silk Paradise, P.G. Martin Entertainments, Mangala Trade Center, P.C.M.T.T. Muthukaruppan Chettiar, Nilcado, W.A.De. Silva, Wimaladharma Brothers, DSI, and Lotteries Board. For all these above clients and many more we talk the credit for producing their first TV, Radio Commercials and programmes in Sri Lanka.
